With a keen eye for the latest trends, and the uncanny ability to set them, in 2000 Watson founded her company BUILDERS OF STYLE, which has since consistently been a staple in the fashion, advertising and music/entertainment communities. Watson has lent her fashion savvy to a wide ranging variety of clients and industries. Her work has been featured in commercial print and broadcast advertising campaigns for Pepsi, Jeep, Corona, Colgate, Amtrak, Ecko, Revlon, and Reebok (just to name a few), fashion and consumer magazine editorials, music videos and countless red carpet award shows. The diversity of the projects/clients on her roster Watson says, “fuels her innate passion and creativity,” and helps her to “push the boundaries of style beyond its usual boring borders.”
In addition to a 24/7 schedule, and ever-evolving client list, BUILDERS OF STYLE is also a place where Pamela can nurture the talent of aspiring “stylists-to-be” on how to develop their craft, and navigate the waters of a varied client base. A grounded and spiritual woman, Watson knows that the power to “Pay it Forward” has been a blessing to her, her business and her family...
And in 2003, Watson and her husband were blessed...with a son. Ever the fashionista, Watson searched for unique alternatives to the humdrum basics of typical boys clothing, which proved to be far more difficult than she expected. Frustrated, yet always recognizing new opportunities, Watson decided that if there was so little available for fashion-conscious parents, that she could take the unique style that she created for her celebrity clients...and shrink it! — and in 2004 BRYCEWEAR KIDS was born. The brand is a hit with celebrity and everyday Moms alike, and due to popular demand, the brand has now grown to include girls clothing, a flagship boutique in Prospect Heights (Brooklyn, NY), and an online store.
